US调查进口真假口罩-大胜中标 续

determined if the masks weremade by Dasheng, whichdidn’t respond to calls andemails seeking comment.Niosh said it is investigatingreports of unauthorized masksbearing Dasheng’s logo. According to Niosh, Dasheng saidear-loop masks with N95 labels and its logo are counterfeits.

Niosh said it has received reports from customers who saidthey have purchased ear-loop

masks directly from Dasheng.

He found onlya third performed comparablyto certified N95s, while anotherquarter or so were fairly close。“There are some goodmasks out there, but not allare as advertised,” he said.

Niosh and Prof. Rutledgehave both tested Dashengmarked masks with ear loops.Both found that the filteringmaterial performed comparablyto genuine N95 masks, thoughthey aren’t N95-certified.Federal officials recentlyseized a big shipment ofmasks with ear loops at NewYork’s John F. Kennedy International Airport that Delaware importer Indutex USA orderedfrom a company in China. Indutex USA, which said 500,000masks had been seized, said ithad orders from nursinghomes, a children’s hospital and a police department.The Federal EmergencyManagement Agency said it detained the masks in part to ensure they met safety standards.Their packaging said the maskswere Niosh-approved N95s, according to documents sharedby Indutex USA.Niosh tested two batches ofmasks with the same packaging as the Indutex USA order.It found that the masks filtered between 83% and 91% ofparticles, used ear loops andweren’t Niosh-approved.George Gianforcaro, IndutexUSA president, said the masksweren’t intended to be medical grade and were certified as meeting Niosh standards by aChinese testing firm. He saidthat if the Niosh test is confirmed, he would like to returnthe masks to the factory.“I’ve never sold anything that failed,” he said.

所以千言万语一句话，不要以为自己的产品可以挂羊头卖狗肉，也不要以为国外的标准会比国内更松。无论海关是否查获，或者你是否侥幸的逃脱检验，拿到现款，结果可能是老美一查到底，不但要求索赔，还要求退款退货，更严重的是对中国制造产品的打击是显而易见的。
